Maj Joel A. Poche, age 45, of Destin, FL, passed away Monday, July 31, 2023. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Hurlburt Field Chapel. Internment will follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, August 11, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Emerald Coast Funeral Home.
